About Us

The Barn

Our barn is one hundred and ten feet long and forty feet wide. The barn has a center hallway with stalls down each side. There are sixteen stalls available for boarding horses. We also have one double stall which is held in reserve for a Mare and foal or a horse that may need special care for various reasons. The barn also has a wash rack with cross ties, a feed room and a large tack room.

The Stalls

Our stalls are twelve feet by ten feet. Each stall has a wall mounted feeder and an automatic waterer. Hay racks are provided upon request. Each stall opens both to the interior hall and to the exterior of the barn. Each stall also has an electrical outlet for a fan if increased ventilation is needed.

The Pasture

Our pasture is cross fenced so we can move horses around to prevent overgrazing. This allows us to always have plenty of good quality grass. It also allows us to separate those horses that just can't seem to get along with others. Our pasture also has some nice shade trees along with some thickly planted pines, which provide a great wind break for those horses that are just pastured. Pasture fences are constructed of BARBLESS wire and a top hot wire.

Feeding

All Full Board horses are fed twice a day. Our Pasture Plus plan horses are fed once a day. The Pasture Only plan does not include feed. All horses will be provided a good, high quality hay during winter months as grass diminishes.
